WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed by 12pm CST will ship the same day, not including weekends and holidays. If you
place your order after 12 pm on Friday, it will ship the following Monday.
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
You will see the available shipping options during the checkout process before you pay. If it's after 12 pm and you want your items shipped same day, send us an email and we'll let you know if it's possible.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in most cases. For more detailed returns info,

I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR TWO YEARS AND I JUST NOW
GOT MY PACKAGE. CAN I RETURN IT?
If it has been longer than 2 weeks of the order date or if the item has been worn, please understand that
we will be unable to accept your return.
I WANT TO PLACE A PRE-ORDER. WILL I BE CHARGED NOW OR WHEN IT SHIPS?
You will be charged now in order to reserve your item. We do our best to give accurate ship dates
(and normally end up shipping early), but we will not be able to guarantee ship dates. You will have
the option to cancel your pre-order at any time.
