Bona Drag will accept your return if mailed within 14 days of the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or refund.  
Purchases made with a total discount of 30% or higher are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
Purchases made with a total discount of 50% or higher are non-returnable.
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for beauty products, swimwear, underwear/lingerie including tights, or custom items.
 
Merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached (if applicable).
We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return.  Please carefully package the item(s) in their original packing materials.
To request a return, follow this link and click on the order you'd like to return.   
PLEASE NOTE - if you request the return last minute and/or don't receive an approval quick enough, simply return your item(s) with your own label no later than 14 days after it was delivered.
 
 
You'll then receive an email approving or denying your return according to our policy within 24 business hours.  The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.  
If you'd rather use your own label, please be sure to add tracking and insurance to your package.  We are not liable for lost returns.
 Once your item is received, your return will be processed within 5 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email once processed.

If you plan to make an exchange, please email us at returns@bonadrag.com so we can put the item(s) on hold if needed. 
For exchanges, your return label fee will not be deducted, and we pay the shipping for the exchange.
